I am a Certified SYMBIS Assessment Facilitator and have completed Master’s level classes in Marriage Coaching. My training also includes The Gottman Method. Couples will complete individual marriage assessments to establish a baseline for therapy. I believe in encouraging progress outside of the office. Couples may be asked to take certain actions outside therapy sessions, such as reading a relevant book, keeping records to track certain behaviors, or completing relationship homework.
